O’Keeffe In Conversation

O’Keeffe in Conversation is an initiative that celebrates the year-long loan of three Georgia O’Keeffe paintings to the Mattatuck by uniting the Museum’s collection with O’Keeffe’s life and work through common themes. This final conversation combines previously on-view No. 1: Flowers and Landscapes and No. 2: Art of the Southwest with Conversation No. 3: Women in Abstraction. This final grouping explores the ways women artists express how, rather than what, they see with a focus on themes of the natural world and memory. With support from Art Bridges
