Traditional Mohegan Dance Demonstration and Discussion || FREE/VIRTUAL

Register today to learn about traditional Mohegan dances from Pamela Massey, Outreach and Traditions Specialist for the Mohegan Tribe. Pamela Massey will demonstrate different Mohegan dances and discuss their importance. After the dance demonstration, there will be time for a group discussion.

 Pamela “Screeching Hawk” Massey- A member of the Mohegan Tribe has worked between the casino and tribe for 23 years. Currently working in the tribes Cultural Department as the Outreach & Traditional Specialist, she travels and teaches about the Mohegan culture and helps keep the tView eventraditions and history alive. Pamela is also the ladies dance instructor for the tribe and has herself danced since she was a little girl. Prior to that she worked in the Purchasing Department, Casino HR, Mohegan Sun Hotel, the Bingo Hall and Protective Services. She resides in East Hampton with her husband two older children.
