Move and groove to music with certified Tai Chi instructor Joe Atkins. Tai Chi classes will allow you to find new energy and stamina. Tai chi also helps improve balance, flexibility and mobility, and reduces stiffness and soreness. Wear comfortable clothes. All levels welcome.
