Mindfulness with Ranji

An event every week that begins at 11:00 am on Monday, repeating until April 30, 2021
Learn to create more peaceful and calming thoughts with the help of Mindfulness teacher Ranji Latchmansingh. During these sessions, Ranji will teach the foundations of Mindfulness which will help you manage life’s stresses. Different sessions will also incorporate mindfulness looking at art.

Registration will close the Friday before each session.

Ranji Latchmansingh has been a certified Hatha Yoga instructor since 2010 and has been practicing and teaching Hatha Yoga and meditation for the past 22 years. His classes have included adults of all ages and teenagers and children. In addition to teaching Yoga and meditation to the general public, Latchmansingh has been teaching corporate based mindfulness training for over 20 years in various corporations. He continues to teach corporate based mindfulness and attends silent meditation retreats, pursues certifications in mindfulness and maintains a regular practice.
