Mindfulness with Ranji

Learn to create more peaceful and calming thoughts with the help of Mindfulness teacher Ranji. During these sessions, Ranji will teach the foundations of Mindfulness which will help you manage life’s stresses.
Sessions are 45-minutes long and streamed via Zoom.
Ranji Latchmansingh has been a certified Hatha Yoga instructor since 2010 and has been practicing and teaching Hatha Yoga and meditation for the past 22 years. His classes have included adults of all ages and teenagers and children. In addition to teaching Yoga and meditation to the general public, Latchmansingh has been teaching corporate based mindfulness training for over 20 years in various corporations. He continues to teach corporate based mindfulness and attends silent meditation retreats, pursues certifications in mindfulness and maintains a regular practice.
