Learn about the practices of focused attention, mindfulness, and compassion – three of the most common forms of meditation. Explore the links between the mind and body through a Zoom meeting with other friends of the Museum.
In order to participate, we recommend that you download the Zoom app on a laptop or tablet before Sunday, and get into the Zoom room a few minutes early to address any technical problems. New to zoom? Use our Zoom Information guide.
Registered participants will receive a Zoom Meeting link in the confirmation email.
