Learn about the practices of focused attention, mindfulness, and compassion – three of the most common forms of meditation. Explore the links between the mind and body through a Zoom meeting with other friends of the Museum.

In order to participate, we recommend that you download the Zoom app on a laptop or tablet before Sunday, and get into the Zoom room a few minutes early to address any technical problems. New to zoom?  Use our  Zoom Information guide.

Registered participants will receive a Zoom Meeting link in the confirmation email.

Non-Members: $5
Members: Free (Join at mattmuseum.org/join)

You may register for free using the promo code ‘FREEREG20’.

The current crisis is creating new financial challenges, including for organizations like The MATT. Paying the registration fee for these programs will help the Museum continue to bring information and resources to the greater Waterbury community. Nevertheless, the Museum wants to expand access to its programs during this time, so please access a free registration using the promo code above.
