Manage life’s stresses by learning the foundations of a Mindfulness Practice with teacher Ranji Latchmansingh. During these sessions, Ranji will lead you through the basic principles of mindfulness to help you create more peaceful and calming thoughts.
Sessions are 45-minutes long and streamed via Zoom.
