Mindfulness Practice with Ranji: Learning Advanced Techniques

During this advanced mindfulness class, explore the spectrum of mind, heart, and body awareness with Mindfulness teacher Ranji. Learn about the practices of focused attention, mindfulness, and compassion – three of the most common forms of meditation. Explore the links between the mind and body through this one hour zoom session.
Prerequisite: You must have taken at least one of the beginner Mindfulness Practice sessions in order to take this advanced technique session.

Ranji Latchmansingh has been a certified Hatha Yoga instructor since 2010 and has been practicing and teaching Hatha Yoga and meditation for the past 22 years. His classes have included adults of all ages and teenagers and children. In addition to teaching Yoga and meditation to the general public, Latchmansingh has been teaching corporate based mindfulness training for over 20 years in various corporations. He continues to teach corporate based mindfulness and attends silent meditation retreats, pursues certifications in mindfulness and maintains a regular practice.
