Introduction to Mindfulness

An event every week that begins at 9:00am on Sunday, repeating until April 26, 2020
Participate in a digital Introduction to Mindfulness session with Ranji Latchmansingh. This will be a 30-45 minute session that will introduce basic principles of mindfulness and help us all find some peace and calm thoughts in the midst of the anxiety in the world around us right now.
In order to participate, we recommend that you download the Zoom app on a laptop or tablet before Sunday, and get into the Zoom room a few minutes early to address any technical problems. New to zoom? Use our Zoom Information guide.
Registered participants will be able to download the code after checkout.
