OFF SITE: Class will be held at W.F. Kaynor Technical High School. Meet at 43 Tompkins St, Waterbury, CT 06708.
Join local and international chefs for a hands on cooking experience where recipes from the Great Depression will be recreated with modern twists and personal touches. Each class is a standalone experience where you will be slicing, dicing, seasoning, and eating recipes from scratch! For dietary/allergy concerns, please contact Abigail Sites at abigail@mattmuseum.org for a complete list of ingredients. Ages 14+.
